Fidelity Residential and Community Support is a human services agency dedicated to supporting people with intellectual disabilities and cognitive disorders like autism to maintain a healthy home life in the community rather than in a nursing or mental health facility.
Our goal is to be part of a community where everyone is cared for with respect and dignity and where everyone is safe and enjoys life in its abundance. We are dedicated to maintaining the safety of the people we support while they are out in the community or at our residential home. Moreover, Fidelity Residential and Community Support believes that every person has undeniable potential and that they should be able to explore the interest of the community. That’s why we strongly believe in Person-Centered Planning, which empowers our clients to explore and utilize their talents and opportunities. We believe every employee will embrace this noble cause in devoting themselves to assisting each client in making good judgments regarding their safety and the safety of the community and to be valuable contributing members of their community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to:

- Provide a safe environment for people who present high risk to the community or themselves;
- Empower people with behavioral disturbances to achieve their day-to-day goals;
- Train clients in various life skills based on their inherent capacities and well-being;
- Encourage community integration of people with behavioral disturbances
- Provide behavioral health and education services to our clients;
